Kiva works as a virtual company, and as such we have no one central location. Instead, our staff makes heavy use of online collaborative tools including encrypted e-mail, instant messaging, online conferencing tools and the like.

This type of work environment allows our staff to maximize the time and energies they spend working with clients while allowing them to also build strong ties in their local communities through volunteer work, parenting and community service.

When not working at customer sites our staff is located along the Front Range in Colorado and in the greater Chicago area. Our paper address for written correspondence is:
